Loyalty Program Policy
How the Program Works
The Filament Warehouse loyalty program rewards you with points for every dollar you spend. Your tier is determined by how much you've spent in the last 365 days. As you spend more, you unlock higher tiers and earn points at faster rates. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
Eligibility
The Filament Warehouse loyalty program is available to retail customers only. Business-to-business (B2B) accounts and wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the loyalty program and will not earn or accumulate points on their purchases.
Tier Structure
Your tier is based on your total product spending in the rolling 365 days prior to your current transaction. Your tier updates automatically and can change daily.

Your tier can move up or down as your rolling 365 day spend changes. If you move up to a higher tier, you immediately start earning at the higher rate. If your spending drops below a tier threshold, you will move to the lower tier the following day.
How You Earn Points
You earn points on every purchase where payment is successfully completed. Points are calculated on whole dollars spent only. Fractions of a dollar do not generate points.
For example, if your order total is $18.75, points are calculated on $18 only.
Points earned in a transaction are locked and cannot be redeemed in that same transaction. You can only redeem points that existed in your account before your current purchase was made.
Points are not earned on shipping costs.
How You Redeem Points
100 points = $5.00 off your purchase. Points must be redeemed in increments of 100 (multiples of $5.00).
You can see your current points balance in the header of the website and on your account page. Redemption is available on the cart page before checkout — choose any redemption amount in $5 increments and apply it to your order.
A maximum of $100.00 in loyalty rewards can be redeemed per order. Redemption is also limited to your order subtotal — you cannot redeem more than the value of the products in your cart. Any unredeemed points remain in your account for future purchases.
Points are deducted from your balance when your order is paid.
Promo Codes and Points
You cannot redeem loyalty points and apply a promo code to the same purchase. At checkout, you must choose one or the other — you cannot use both together on a single transaction.
You will still earn loyalty points on purchases where a promo code has been applied. Points are calculated on the discounted amount you actually paid, not the original product price.
Points Value and Restrictions
Points can only be redeemed for discounts on purchases at Filament Warehouse. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or exchanged in any way other than as a discount at checkout.
Referral Program
You can refer friends to Filament Warehouse using your unique referral code. When a friend uses your referral code and completes their first purchase, both you and your friend will each receive 100 loyalty points.
Referral points are credited 30 days after the referred customer's first purchase is completed, provided the order has not been refunded. If the referred customer's order is refunded or remains within an active refund window after the 30 day period, referral points will not be awarded to either party.
Referral points are subject to all standard loyalty program rules, including expiration, no cash value, and no transfer.
Filament Warehouse reserves the right to investigate referrals that appear to be coordinated between related accounts, accounts sharing the same address, payment method, or contact details. Where abuse is identified, points will not be awarded and both accounts may be suspended.
Points Expiration
Your points do not expire as long as you make at least one purchase within any rolling 365 day period. If you do not make any purchase for 365 consecutive days, your entire points balance will be forfeited and cleared to zero. Any purchase resets this 365 day clock.
Refunds and Returns
If you return an item and receive a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account proportionally based on your tier multiplier at the time of the original purchase. Shipping refunds are excluded from points deductions — only the product portion of the refund affects your points balance.
Your rolling 365 day spend will also be reduced by the refunded amount, which may result in a tier change.
If you have already redeemed points that are subsequently reversed due to a refund, your points balance cannot go below zero. Any deficit is absorbed and not recovered.
Account Closure
If your customer account is closed or deleted for any reason, all accumulated points are forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered or transferred.
Program Suspension and Removal
Filament Warehouse reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any customer from the loyalty program if we determine, at our sole discretion, that they are:
- Abusing the program or attempting to exploit loopholes
- Creating multiple accounts to generate artificial referral points
- Engaging in fraudulent purchasing or return behaviour
- Violating any part of this policy
Suspended customers will lose access to points earning and redemption. Accumulated points may be forfeited. Filament Warehouse's decision in these matters is final.
Disputes and Questions
If you believe there is an error with your points balance or tier status, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate. We reserve the right to investigate and correct any discrepancies. Corrected balances will be applied at our discretion.
Changes to This Policy
Filament Warehouse may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued participation in the loyalty program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
